Subscriptions and billing

Plan pricing, including any discounted or promotional rates, is confirmed directly with our sales team before your subscription begins. There is no automated online checkout — all subscription changes are arranged through our contacts page.

Content and data

You retain ownership of the editorial content, briefings, and run sheets you create within presspulzy.com. We do not claim ownership of your newsroom's content and use it only to provide the service to you.

Limitation of liability

presspulzy.com is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep the platform reliable during live coverage, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of presspulzy.com after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
