Payment Terms

All payments for services including Course Pressroom pulse and live reporting must be made in Australian dollars via approved methods. Services cover tracking newsroom activity, preparing reporter briefings, coordinating live segments, and maintaining clear communication during coverage.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if a service is cancelled prior to commencement. No refunds apply once live reporting or briefing preparation has begun. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation

Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start qualify for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
